This privacy policy explains how DKMEDIA, David Koznicov s.p. (hereinafter the »controller«) processes your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Slovenian Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2).

Which data is collected
- Data from forms: first and last name, company, email address, phone (if you provide it), the content of your message and any preferred meeting date.
- Answers to questions in qualification forms (e.g. budget, channels, goals).
- Technical data: automatically collected by the site's host (IP address, device/browser type) for security and operation.
Purposes and legal bases of processing
- Responding to inquiries and preparing offers — taking steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Communication and managing the collaboration — performance of a contract or legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- Newsletters and marketing messages — solely on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
Processors and data transfers
To operate the service we use trusted providers that process data on our behalf:
- Vercel — website hosting.
- Supabase — database hosting (servers in the EU).
- MailerLite — sending newsletters (with your consent).
Where data is transferred to third countries, this is governed by appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU standard contractual clauses).
Retention period
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or in accordance with statutory periods. Newsletter data is retained until consent is withdrawn.
Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to:
- access your data,
- rectify inaccurate data,
- erasure (the »right to be forgotten«),
- restrict processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing and withdraw consent.
