Car dealership lead generation

Lead generation for car dealerships that fills the diary, not the inbox.

Most dealership ad accounts I open are paying for the wrong clicks and then losing the right ones in a slow reply. I rebuild Google and Meta around your actual stock, put a page under each model family, and make sure every enquiry gets an answer in minutes. Same budget, more test drives.

  • Google and Meta rebuilt around your live stock
  • One landing page per model family, not one form for everything
  • Conversion tracking that follows the enquiry to the sale
  • Every enquiry answered within 5 minutes, day or night

Sound familiar?

Four ways a dealership pays for leads it never gets.

01

The ad lands on the homepage

The buyer clicked on a used Tiguan and got a slideshow. Two scrolls later they are back on the portal.

02

Nobody is running the account

Last change months ago. The negative list has nine words. You are paying for job hunters and owner's manuals.

03

The reply comes on Monday

The enquiry arrived Saturday evening. By Monday the buyer has a test drive booked somewhere else.

04

The numbers are not real

The dashboard says twelve leads. The desk says thirty. The algorithm optimises for the twelve it can see.

Where the budget goes

Ninety enquiries waiting on a Monday morning.

Here is what I saw at an importer bringing cars in from Germany. Over ninety enquiries in the inbox every Monday. Each one meant a manual search on mobile.de, a reply typed by hand, and a salesperson assigned. By the time the reply went out, half the buyers had already heard back from someone else.

The ads were not the problem. The ads were fine. The money was leaking after the click: in the page the click landed on, in the reply time, and in the tracking that could not tell a browser from a buyer.

That is the pattern in almost every dealership account I open. The reply is the biggest leak, and it is the one no ad agency touches, because their job ends at the click.

How the AI reply works
How it works

From the ad to the test drive, in four steps.

Built in one to two weeks. Then run monthly, because an account nobody touches drifts within weeks.

  1. 1Week 1

Google and Meta rebuilt around your stock

Search by model family with real negatives. Performance Max and Meta catalog ads from your live inventory feed, so the ad shows the car on the forecourt today.

  2. 2Week 1 to 2

    One page per model family

Live stock, price range, finance line, one form and a WhatsApp button. Fast on a phone on mobile data.

  3. 3Week 2

    Every enquiry answered in minutes

The workflow reads the enquiry, pulls three matching cars and drafts the reply in your tone. Sends on its own or waits for a person.

  4. 4Ongoing

Tracking to the sale, then tuning

Conversions that survive the cookie banner and follow the enquiry into the CRM. Monthly changes based on what sold, not what clicked.

Is this for you

Built for some dealerships. Not for all of them.

This is for you if

  • You sell used or new cars and have at least a few dozen enquiries a month, or want to
  • You already spend on Google or Meta and cannot say your cost per lead out loud
  • Your stock lives in a DMS, a spreadsheet or a portal export we can feed from
  • You want one person accountable for the ad, the page and the reply

Probably not, if

  • You want an agency that reports clicks and stops there
  • You sell one car a month and do not plan to grow
  • Your region is already taken by a client of mine (check the map below)

Use case · Car importer

Four salespeople got two hours a day back.

An importer bringing cars in from Germany had over 90 enquiries waiting every Monday morning. Each one meant a manual search on mobile.de, a reply typed by hand, and a salesperson assigned. The workflow now reads the enquiry, pulls the matching vehicles and prepares the draft. They chose to stay semi-automated, so a person still presses send. Even so, replying and gathering cars takes 70 percent less time.

One importer, four salespeople, semi-automated by choice. Your numbers depend on enquiry volume and how much you let it send on its own.

What you get

The whole line from the ad to the callback, built and running.

  • Google Search by model family, with the negative list
  • Performance Max and Meta catalog ads from your live stock
  • One landing page per model family
  • Creative written per buyer persona, refreshed monthly
  • Conversion tracking that survives the cookie banner
  • AI reply to every enquiry within minutes
  • Qualification and routing to a salesperson
  • Monthly tuning based on sales, not clicks

What it replaces

  • The ad agency that stops at the click
  • The template site provider's monthly licence
  • The Monday morning of manual replies

A fixed price for the build, then a monthly engagement that costs a fraction of one salesperson's salary. I do not take a percentage of ad spend, so I have no reason to inflate it. The exact number comes in writing after the free analysis.

Numbers you can check

Two checks before you spend another euro.

I ask every dealership the same questions before I touch anything: which channels you advertise on, how fast you reply to enquiries, your cost per lead, lead volume, ad budget, your goal, and whether KPIs are set. Two of those you can check yourself right now.

Ten-second check

Say your cost per lead out loud, then open the change history.

  1. 1Without looking anything up, say what one enquiry costs you. If you cannot, nobody is watching it.
  2. 2Open Google Ads, click Change history, and look at the date of the last change.
  3. 3If the last change is months old, nobody is running the account. You are paying for autopilot.

These are the first two of the Five Gears Check on the home page. The other three take five more minutes.

After you send the form

No pitch on the first call. Numbers first.

  1. 1Within 24h

I look at your account, page and reply time

You send me access or a screenshot. I run the same checks I run on every dealership, including sending an enquiry to your own site.

  2. 2Day 2 to 3

A 20-minute call with the findings

Where the enquiries are leaking, how many more you can get for the same budget, and whether your current agency is actually fine.

  3. 3Day 3 to 5

    A written proposal, or nothing

If it makes sense, you get the scope, the timeline and the exact price. If it does not, I say so and you keep the analysis.

Business model, bottlenecks, available data and whether working together makes sense.

  2. 02

    Plan and proposal

Scope, infrastructure gaps, costs and responsibilities.

  3. 03

    Setting up the foundation

Access, tracking and any projects needed. Timing depends on the actual scope.

Results, economics and whether expanding makes sense.

The first 90 days are for setting up, learning and improving. They are not a guaranteed payback period or a mandatory contract term; terms are set in the proposal.
